Texas Hold'em

Each player will be dealt a 'pocket hand' and then a set of community cards is dealt face up. All players use these community cards in order to create the best 5-card poker hand. In Texas Hold'em you get 2 pocket cards and 5 community cards.

Omaha

Omaha is a community card game. Omaha is played the same as Hold'em with the following two exceptions:

Each player receives four face-down cards (pocket cards) to start.

At the showdown each player must use exactly two of their four pocket cards and combine them with exactly three board cards.

Omaha Hi / Lo

Omaha Hi/Low 8 or better (Omaha Hi/Low), the pot is split 50-50 between the best High Hand and the best qualifying Low Hand. Omaha Hi/Low is structurally played the same as Omaha High except that the highest hand wins 50% of the pot and the lowest qualifying hand wins 50% of the pot. A Low hand must be high card "8 or better" to qualify. To be eligible to win the Low, the highest card must be a 5, 6, 7, or 8. The winning Low Hand (8 or better) is determined firstly by the player with the lowest High card. Upon a tie with the High card, the hand goes to the player with the next lowest High card. Any hand that is high card 9 or higher can NOT qualify as a Low Hand.

If there is no qualifying Low Hand then the high hand wins 100% of the pot.

Seven-Card Stud

Each player makes his best 5 card poker hand from their 3 unexposed or "hole" cards and their 4 exposed or "board" cards. There are five rounds of betting in a complete game of Seven Card Stud, as opposed to the four rounds in Hold'em and Omaha.

A low hand must be high card "8 or better" to qualify. To be eligible to win the low, the highest card must be a 5, 6, 7, or 8. The winning LO Hand (8 or better) is determined firstly by the player with the lowest High card. Upon a tie with the High card, the hand goes to the player with the next lowest High card. Any hand that is high card 9 or higher can NOT qualify as a low hand.

32 Card Poker

5 Card draw variant using a 32 Card deck (card rank 2 - 6 removed). There are 2 betting rounds and 1 discard allowing the player to replace up to 4 or their 5 cards. A 'Parole' option allows a player to ask the table if they want to end the hand and split the pot (start of the 2nd betting round only). If all players agree to 'Parole' the Pot is split between all players in the round, the hand ends and the next hand is dealt. The Ace can be used in a Low-Straight (A-7-8-9-10)

Hand Ranking difference: Flush beats a Full House.

Amerikana

5-Card Stud variant using a 32 Card deck (card rank 2 - 6 removed). An Ante is required from all players to start the hand action. Each player is dealt an Up card (visible to everyone) and a Down card (visible only to themselves). When a player folds, their Up cards show on the table and are not folded away. Since this uses a stripped deck, the Ace can be used in a Low-Straight (A-7-8-9-0).
